Why don’t you show us more pictures of your products?

Our business specialty is protecting your valuables through stealth. We have to keep what we do confidential because your interests are best served when no one knows what you have or where you keep it. Exposing these methods to the World Wide Web would be counterproductive.

Most safes rely on strength to protect your valuables. While our safes are strong, they concentrate on the application of discreet methods and means to serve those interests. For this reason we limit the amount of information we post on the internet. From a marketing standpoint, we pay a price for limiting our exposure but feel this is compensated by the added protection that discretion affords our clients.

Why should I store my weapons in a safe?

There are two principle reasons – to protect your property and to protect your family.

Firstly, weapons are still among the most sought-after items in home burglaries. Keeping them hidden is a way of keeping them period.

Second, and most importantly, to protect children who may find the weapon, either inadvertently or intentionally, and handle it. Every year thousands of children, who their parents thought did not know about a gun, find the guns - with devastating consequences. Guns should always be kept safely inaccessible to children.

Why should I store my weapons in a hidden drawer safe?

Our valuables drawer safe takes about a second to open! This means that you can prevent others from accessing the weapons without limiting your ability to retrieve it quickly.

If children are in your home, this means that you can protect them from potential tragedy by making it impossible for them to find the weapon inadvertently or without your permission.

Are your safes fireproof?

Our custom-made safes offer varying degrees of fire-resistance.

In this regard it is important to understand the difference between fireproof and fire resistance. Most people think of something as fireproof as something that is able to withstand the ravages of any fire indefinitely. In this sense nothing is fire-proof.

Still, use of the term "fireproof", without limitations, is very common.  Yet there are some real limitations. Items such as safes that are marketed as "fire-proof" must receive a fire-rating wherein they achieve a level of protection from fire for a certain period of time and within limits. In other words, these safes are insulated to resist fire of a certain kind, up to a certain level of heat, and for a period of time, be it an hour or two, or more, but all things will ultimately succumb to fire if the fire is hot enough and burns long enough.

The dynamics of a fire and its effects on an enclosure are complex. Ambient temperature, the type, intensity, and behavior of a fire, the distance of the safe from the fire, its volume and heat dissipating parameters, as well as other factors, all play a role in determining the fire’s effect on the contents of a safe.

Because mass-produced safes are standardized, it is possible for a manufacturer to submit a representative sample for testing and certification by an appropriate laboratory.  That being said, our safes are made to afford the user varying degrees of fire resistance, with the size of the safe playing a key role in outfitting the safe to protect an assortment of contents from fire.  Our safes are not standardized, mass-produced boxes, but are tailor-made and offer a variety of ways to enhance our products’ fire resistance for the threats they are likely to be exposed to in a household fire. Even our smallest safe has proven itself under severe conditions (please see Testimonials).

If you want an extra measure of protection against fire for your valuables we offer fire-rated mylar pouches that can be placed in the safes and drawers as an optional accessory.

Are your safes waterproof?

Our larger products can be equipped with seals that will resist water penetration from sprinklers or spray but cannot be immersed in water.

Can I get more references?

Yes, but we safeguard the privacy of our clients. This is a tricky aspect of our business.  You can imagine how non-plussed you would be to get a call from a stranger asking you about a hidden safe we had installed for you. At the same time, prospective clients understandably want assurances because of the sensitive nature of what they are entrusting to us. So our obligation to be discreet means we can only refer to individual projects in a general way, without divulging any personally identifying information.

So with respect to references, we can provide references to individual builders, architects and contractors we have worked with, who have trusted us enough to recommend us to their clients, and for whom we have then installed a safe.  Because we have served their clients, they can provide you with character references as well as feedback regarding the satisfaction of their clients with our services and products.  Please contact us is you need this information.
